[OpenVZ] Disabling /etc/hosts modification at startup

On a fresh Debian hypervisor the script /etc/vz/dists/scripts/debian-set_hostname.sh is executed at each VM startup. To prevent modification of the container’s /etc/hosts file, simply comment every change_hostname function call inside.
